Fern - Ghost Fern (Deciduous)
Here’s a fern with an upright habit and silvery fronds that give it a ghostly look, hence the name. Emerging new fronds have a shimmering whitish color that darkens slowly to a silvery green with burgundy accents. ‘Ghost’ spreads slowly by shallow rhizomes, eventually becoming an excellent ground cover. This is a strong grower. Among the colored ferns, this one is fairly subtle and combines well with most other plants. Provide partial to full shade and moist but well-drained, humusy soil. 'Ghost' grows best in a sheltered location, and its color is best in light shade.

When your plant(s) arrive, carefully remove them from packaging, protecting the plant from separating from the root base, and soak them in water for a few hours and/or after preparing a home for them, fill the hole with water first. Once the plants are in the ground, we are not responsible for loss due to improper planting, weather, cats landing while running from the dog, soil conditions, small children helping, pests or rodents damage, or being stepped on.
